Surfrider Foundation is a non-profit, environmental organization dedicated to protecting our ocean, waves, and beaches. Headquartered in San Clemente, California, Surfrider hosts local, volunteer-based chapters in every coastal and Great Lakes state. In Hawai’i, Surfrider Chapters are located on the islands of O’ahu, Kaua’i, Maui, and Hawai’i.

The Surfrider Foundation Maui Chapter is comprised of a seven member Executive Committee, as well as numerous volunteers. We are always looking for new volunteers and can guarantee that we have a spot just for you! We’re champions for the surf and sand

The Surfrider Foundation has a proven model for success—a playbook and a team—that transforms passion into protection. We continue to leverage that model within our network of chapters and clubs. We ensure beaches are accessible, keep our water clean, protect our ocean, preserve our coasts and keep plastic from polluting our waterways.
