Surfrider Maui Supreme Court Case 11/4/19

The Supreme Court has agreed to hear a case that threatens to gravely weaken the federal law that protects the nation’s clean water, putting our rivers, lakes and ocean at risk. Surfrider is part of a coalition of Maui community groups, represented by Earthjustice. The groups include: Hawaiʻi Wildlife Fund, Sierra Club - Maui Group, Surfrider Foundation, and West Maui Preservation Association.
